Butter Sauce
▢ 3/4 cup (180ml) Miles from Nowhere Sauvignon Blanc
▢ 1 1/2 tbs baby capers, drained, chopped
▢ 250g cold unsalted butter, cut into 1cm pieces
▢ 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
▢ 2 tbs baby capers, drained, finely chopped
▢Juice of 1 lemon
